Spring Show and Fall Registration Info!

Hi everyone!

Just a quick email to let you know about 2 important events for our dancers: PLEASE READ!

1). Spring Show is Monday, May 10! — We have received approval for our show to be at the Heritage Park Amphitheater at the First Monday Grounds on Santa Fe Drive in Weatherford!

*Show time FOR ALL CLASSES will be at 6:30 PM. Please arrive at 6 pm to get settled and be ready to line up by class at 6:15 pm.

*Free Admission for ALL. Since we have an outdoor venue, you may invite anyone you would like to come. Families can social distance as needed/wanted.

*Bring chairs/blankets etc for your family to sit. You are also welcome to bring drinks/snacks but we ask that there not be any alcohol.

*Dancers will wear their class costume, hair up in a bun and may add light make-up.

*Rest rooms are available but may require a little walk so please plan accordingly.

*IF WE HAVE BAD WEATHER, there will be a PLAN B for 2 shows at the church. More details to come about that.

****I am paying the fee to the City of Weatherford personally as a gift to all our dancers and families. I’m just so excited about the possibility to have a FULL stage show during this COVID pandemic! Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this new venue!

2). Fall registration is NOW open ONLINE. You may use your same account to register.

*JUST REMEMBER to register according to age group—some dancers may move up to the next level while others are staying in the same class. All dances and costumes are new for 2021-22 and we hope to add more performances as the COVID regulations begin to lift.

*Don’t forget that classes are also held in Aledo on Tuesdays if Monday does not work for you or if a class closes. We offer a HIP HOP class in Aledo which is a ton of fun for 2nd graders through Adults! TIME SLOTS ARE ALSO DIFFERENT BUT SAME TEACHERS AND CURRICULUM.

*Many classes FILL quickly so register ASAP to make sure that you dancer gets a spot especially in the younger age groups!

*Costumes may be purchased ANYTIME between now and Sept 15th. Just remember to go UP at least one size to make sure that they fit. IF YOUR ORDER BY JUNE 30TH, YOU WILL GET A DISCOUNT BY USING THE CODE : 21$JFK

Pending Approval

You have selected a program that has limited availability. We must confirm availability with the provider before completing your selection. This process will be completed within 48 hours. During the 48 hour period you will have a reserved spot in your selected listings (1st choice and 2nd choice). If your 1st choice is not available, the registration process will automatically proceed with your 2nd choice.

Pending Payment

Your registration is pending payment. Payment will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive a receipt by email.

Pending Membership Status

Discount must be approved by provider. If provider does not approve discount, selection will be processed without the discount.

Maximum Possible Purchase Price

Because you have selected a program with limited availability, or one that requires a skill assessment, an actual total cannot be calculated at this time. The maximum Possible Purchase Price assumes that you are registered for the listings (whether 1st or 2nd choice) with the greatest purchase price.

You will receive one or more receipts which reflect the actual total for all charges. You will receive this within 48 hours unless one of your activities or camps is still pending a skill assessment.

Pending Registrations

Credit cards cannot be deleted when transactions are pending. To cancel, click cancel from your summary schedule. Cancellations are subject to the providers' policies.

Annual Membership Fees

An additional fee for those programs that meet annual membership fee criteria.

Brandon's Goal

Creates awareness and raises money to support the institutions, doctors and organizations that are working to seek better treatments for childhood cancer and to find a cure.

Refund Protection

For $7 per program, due at the time of registration, Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your registration if you cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks before the program start date.
