Attached is the final Eastview TWD information for Saturday. Some of the times have shifted by a few minutes to 15 minutes. I have updated the Arrival times for all the teams in the attached excel document. Arrival time is when the dancers need to be in the meeting area (Dance Studio at Eastview HIgh School) in full uniform (including hair in high bun, make-up completed, and earrings on). During this time we will take attendance, hand out wristbands, stretch, and run multiple classes before heading down to the chute area to perform. It is very important to be on time, so you do not miss an opportunity to run the dance with the team. We have a very compact day and some teams might only be able to run the dance one time as a whole group due to being in multiple dances.

Community Give Back Show

Marshall Just for Kix Program will be highlighting 10 of their dance teams with a performance at the Marshall Middle School.

Admission for the show will be a free will donation or non-perishable food item, that will be given to the local food shelf.

Just wanted to send out some additional information with the Winter Show being a little over a week away.

We will also have Video Magic Productions at the Winter Show to videotape both performances. You can order a DVD that will include both Shows online at https://squareup.com/store/videomagicproductions . You can choose to pay $4 to have it shipped to you or you can have it delivered at dance practice for free.

There will only be 26 Show Shirts available at the Shows for purchase, so if you want to be sure to get the size you want, order online today!

The Marshall NYC Performance Group will be selling flowers, dance tumblers, fairy wands, and other items! All of the proceeds will go to the dancers that are heading to New York City in June. You will be sure to find something to give to your dancer for a job well done!

The doors will open 30 minutes before each Show starts. At the end of the first show the gym will be cleared at 3:30 PM and the doors will open again at 4 PM for the second show.

Annual Membership Fees

Brandon's Goal

Creates awareness and raises money to support the institutions, doctors and organizations that are working to seek better treatments for childhood cancer and to find a cure.

Refund Protection

For $7 per program, due at the time of registration, Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your registration if you cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks before the program start date.
