1. Tickets can be purchased online, at class, and day of the show.

2. Purchasing tickets online is recommended. The deadline is Monday, November 29th! (See link below)

3. For ease of online ticket distribution, I ask that parents purchase the tickets and not send the link to other family members. They will be handed out at class to your dancer the week prior to the show.

4. When purchasing tickets at class, please have the exact cash or check made out to Just For Kix.

5. Day of show ticket purchases need to be cash or check.

Winter Show 2020-Celebrate the Season

This information is regarding our Winter Show on Saturday, January 16th at Grace Place Church in Berthoud, CO. Below you will find the schedule for the day.

ARRIVAL/DROP OFF/PICK UP
Arrival and performance times are extremely important. We will follow this timeline by the minute. As you are aware our dances are only 2 minutes long so it will be critical to log into the live stream site early but more importantly have your dancer arrive EARLY.
• Arrival time (highlighted in yellow) is the exact time that our staff will meet you and your dancer outside the front doors of Grace Place and bring your dancers to the performance area.
• Please DO NOT line up before our staff has come out and has displayed your dancer’s class sign. There will be 2 staff members with posters displaying your dancer’s class name and song title. We will create two separate lines by class keeping distance and not creating a big gathering of parents and students.
• Only one parent at drop off/pick up of your dancer please. Parents must wear masks.
• All dancers must wear a mask the entire time.
• Please have your dancers fully ready at drop off. Please have dance shoes on at drop off.
• There will be no need for any belongings for most dancers (older dancers may have exceptions). Dancers who have more than one dance will need to bring their other costume.
• Parents will take coats and jackets off just before we enter the building.
• Please make sure younger dancers use the restroom prior to arriving at Grace Place.
Pick-up----Your dancer will exit the same doors they enter at the front of the building. Your dancer will exit AFTER the next 2 classes performing enter the building. They will be held in a separate area while waiting to exit as not to gather in a large group and keep socially distanced and separate from the classes entering. This will allow the next two classes to get in and start getting set up then your dancer will exit with staff members. Hand sanitizer will be distributed upon arrival and exit of the building. Staff will hold doors to eliminate multiple dancers touching the doors.

There will be two options.
1. All day live stream access pass ($12)
2. All day live stream access pass plus a digital recording of the show.

Please share with family and friends near and far to share your dancers’ gift of dance with so many important people in their lives! This is also a great way for your dancer to be able to watch all the other dancers in our program. They LOVE to watch each other dance! Hook up your computer to a big TV or watch on your phone or iPad and enjoy a day of JFK dancing!
