Meet Our Director
Experienced, Dedicated, Passionate.
Waterville - MN Just For Kix Director Karen Moret is at the top of her game teaching dance classes in Waterville - MN to children, which creates confidence, dance technique, friendship and a whole lot of fun!

"Karen Powers Moret is at the top of her game as she Directs the Waterville Area Program. Karen has been dancing since she was 5 years old and started her coaching passion as an assistant and head instructor her Senior year of high school for the Nicollet program. She danced on the dance team at Augsburg University and then became the Director of the Janesville Just For Kix program. Karen was honored when in 2015 she became the Waterville Just For Kix Director and started her journey with this community. "
Meet Our Instructors
Zara Gibson

Zara grew up dancing right here with us and is trained in Kick, Jazz, Hip Hop and Pom. Her energy and experience make her such a great role model for our dancers. Outside the studio, Zara is attending South Central College. She also works at Plato's Closet. She loves spending time with kids, encouraging them and watching them grow and succeed. We are so lucky to have Zara's passion and positivity back with us this season!
Lydia Huelsnitz

Lydia is no stranger to our dance family. She danced with us for 10 years and even danced in Janesville with Director Karen before that. She's trained in Kick, Jazz, Hip Hop, Pom and Lyrical. Her favorite style is Hip Hop. Lydia is attending Gustavus Adolphus College to pursue a degree in Elementary Education. When she's not working with kids or teaching dance Lydia loves to swim and spend time with her family. We're so excited to have her teaching with us again this season, her energy,… More
Brandis Miller

Brandis has been immersed in the world of dance for over 30 years -- from her early days training in tap and jazz at Dance Conservatory of Souther Minnesota, to competing at Nationals in Chicago where her production routine took 1st place. Her dance journey also includes ballet, technique training, coaching the WEM Dance Team (for 6 seasons) and running the Morristown School of Dance. Bella Mohr

Bella brings incredible energy, experience and passion to our dance floor. She is a Freshman at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Bella is also a member of the Cheer Team at MSU. Bella coaches at Power Athletics as well. She has been dancing for 15 years at various Mankato studios with the last four years at JPJ Productions. The maximum Possible Purchase Price assumes that you are registered for the listings (whether 1st or 2nd choice) with the greatest purchase price.

Annual Membership Fees

An additional fee for those programs that meet annual membership fee criteria.

Brandon's Goal

Creates awareness and raises money to support the institutions, doctors and organizations that are working to seek better treatments for childhood cancer and to find a cure.

Refund Protection

For $7 per program, due at the time of registration, Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your registration if you cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks before the program start date.
