Rochester - MN Just For Kix Director Bethany Morrisey is at the top of her game teaching dance classes in Rochester - MN to children, which creates confidence, dance technique, friendship and a whole lot of fun!

"Bethany Morrisey is the Director of Rochester Just For Kix. She started focusing on dance in High school by dancing for the John Marshall Rockette Dance Team. She graduated from Luther College with degrees in Biology and Psychobiology. During college she danced, choreographed, and served as the captain of the Luther College Dance Team. Porsha Abrahamson

Porsha danced with Just For Kix for 11 years and has served on our JFK staff for 9 years as an assistant, solo choreographer, and Head Instructor. She was a member of the Dover-Eyota competitive dance team for 4 years. During her time as a Dance Team athlete, she served as a captain for two years, earned All Conference, and was selected for the 2018 and 2019 MN All State Jazz Team. Alyssa Alward

Alyssa is a Rochester native! Alyssa has an extensive background in competitive dance including high kick, jazz, pom, and hip hop. She trained with the Rochester John Marshall fall dance team for 4 years and competitive dance team for 5 years. Nicole Brong

Nicole Brong is originally from Spring Lake Park, Minnesota. She was a competitive gymnast until her sophomore year of high school where she made the switch to dance. Nicole was a 2-year member of the Concordia Academy High School Dance Team. During those two years she got to perform for UDA in Florida at Disney World, be a co-captain her senior year, and was part of placing 3rd at state in jazz both years. Drew Clausen

Drew was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. She started dancing when she was three years old at Dance Connection, where she trained in ballet, tap, and jazz. In 3rd grade, she began dancing competitively at Janet Lang Dance Studio and continued to train in those styles while adding hip hop, lyrical, and contemporary. Sarah Coffman

Sarah is in her 5th season with our JFK staff serving as both a head instructor and Senior assistant. Sarah trained with Rochester Just For Kix for 14 seasons in kick, jazz, ballet, technique, and lyrical. While Sarah enjoys all styles of dance her passion is working with our tiniest of dancers with our Tu Tu Tots Academy! Sarah continues to look forward to introducing the world of dance to her preschoolers and have lots of FUN exploring movement!

Abigail Donkers

Abby Donkers’ connection to the world of performance began almost as soon as she could walk. Growing up in Rochester, Minnesota, she found herself drawn to the rhythm and artistry of movement from a young age. Her earliest memories are steeped in the lively atmosphere of the Just For Kix Dance Studio, where she would spend an impressive fifteen years nurturing her love for dance. Breanna Furr-Nelson

Breanna has danced with Just For Kix Rochester for 15 years and spent her time in our Kick, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Technique, and Ballet classes. She spends her free time studying at RCTC, crocheting fun projects, and making delicious coffee! Breanna has been an assistant for three years and is excited to come back as a Head Instructor this season! She is looking forward to making fun memories and passing on her passion for dance to her dancers.

Katelyn Herman

Katelyn was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. She started dancing when she was three years old at Dance Connection. She trained in tap, ballet, and jazz. Mary Hofer comes from Eagan, Minnesota. She started dancing at age 3. Growing up Mary trained in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, and Lyrical dance. She competed for many years at Spotlight Productions Dance Studio. She was a member of the Eagan High School Dance Team for 3 years and earned State bids in both Jazz and Kick multiple years.
