Brooklyn Bengtson

Hi!! My name is Brooklyn Bengtson and I will be a second year staff member at the Medina JFK. I grew up dancing at Summit Dance Shoppe and am currently on the Wayzata Varsity Dance Team. I have also been apart of Team Minnesota. I am so excited to be teaching this year!

Katelyn Franta

My name is Katelyn Franta and I am going to be a freshman at the University of Minnesota this year! I am also going to be on the Minnesota dance team, go gophs! I grew up dancing at Summit dance shoppe, and after I was on the Wayzata dance team, Along with Team Minnesota! I’m so excited to be working on the Medina Just For Kix Staff again!

Hi I’m Reese! I am currently a sophomore at Wayzata High School and a member of the Wayzata Showstoppers and Wayzata Dance Team. This will be my second year on Medina staff and my 10th year dancing at Medina JFK! I am so excited for another great year at Medina JFK!

Elena Huot

Hi! My name is Elena and this is my third year teaching at Medina Just For Kix. I have been dancing for 14 years! This will be my second year on Wayzata showstoppers and on the Wayzata dance team! Dance is a huge part of my life and I look forward to sharing my love for dance to others!!

Faith Hutton

Hi my name is Faith! I grew up dancing at Medina JFK and this will be my 16th year. I am a senior at Wayzata High school and dance on the winter and fall dance teams. Outside of dance team season I spend my time assisting at the studio and running on the track team! I can’t wait for this season as a staff member!

Meghan Hutton Rabe

Meghan trained at the Dance Shoppe in Plymouth, MN, danced at Drake University and for the Minnesota Timberwolves. She had the honor of being on the choreography team for Super Bowls in Jacksonville, FL and Minneapolis, MN, as well as an NFL kickoff and the VMA Awards. Hannah Kasner grew up dancing at Summit Dance Shoppe and in high school she was on the Wayzata Varsity Dance Team! Michele grew up in Iowa and started dance classes at the age of five. Through her twelve years at Cherie’s Dance Studio, Michele trained in tap, ballet, jazz, pointe, and hip hop. She was awarded two full scholarships and danced the lead roles in the studio’s productions of “Cinderella" and "Alice in Wonderland". Zoe Nowak

Hi everyone! My name is Zoe Nowak. I trained at Summit Dance Shoppe for a total of 15 years, before moving on to dance team. I was on both fall, and winter dance teams at Wayzata High School. I have assisted and trained those who want to improve in dance for as long as I can remember! This fall, I will be heading into my senior year of undergrad at the University of St. Thomas. I am so excited for year three with Medina. I am looking forward to the amazing season to come!

Katie Patnode

Katie Patnode has been dancing since the age of two and has been teaching at Just for Kix for the past 9 years. In high school, she was a four year member of both the Wayzata Showstoppers and Trojets dance teams. Throughout college, Katie coached for the Mounds View High School dance team as well as ran private intensives for other local teams. Katie is now a coach for the Wayzata Showstoppers dance team. Sarah Paul

Sarah grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She moved to Minnesota two years ago with her family. She is a wife and a mom of 2 kids one of which attends Medina JFK. Sarah did gymnastics for over 20 years and was on the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater gymnastics team all 4 years which she also helped coach after college. Ava Potvin has grown up at Medina Jfk and has been dancing for 14 years. She will be a senior at Maple Grove Senior High, and will continue her fourth year on the Maple Grove dance team. This will be Ava’s third year on staff and is excited to share her love of dance to everyone!

Haley Ritter

Hi! My name is Haley Ritter. I have been dancing for 14 years. I grew up dancing at Summit Dance Shoppe until 7th grade and have been apart of Maple Grove Dance Team since 8th grade. This is currently my second year being a captain for maple grove dance team. I am so excited for this year and can’t wait to teach at Medina Just for Kix for my second year!

William Schendel

William joined Just for Kix as a student in Becker, Minnesota as a 4th grader and continued dancing with the Becker JFK program through high school. After graduation he joined the Fridley JFK program as an assistant coach. Additionally, William brings 11-years of gymnastics skills to the team and is also a ballroom dance instructor. He is most passionate about bringing positive, team-oriented experiences to his students.

Annual Membership Fees

Brandon's Goal

Creates awareness and raises money to support the institutions, doctors and organizations that are working to seek better treatments for childhood cancer and to find a cure.

Refund Protection

For $7 per program, due at the time of registration, Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your registration if you cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks before the program start date.
