In accordance with the Becker School District cancelling after school activities due to the extreme cold, we will be cancelling all classes for tonight, 1/22/26!
Most of our classes are covered for make-up hours by the built in mass practices; however, we will need to schedule make-up practices for our competition classes.
The two competition classes that we will hold a make-up class for are Thursday Wee Kix (2-3rd grade) and Jr. Pom (6-12th grade). We are checking with the facility to see if these two classes ONLY can be made up at their regular times and locations on Friday, February 6th. Please add this date to your calendar tentatively, and I will send another email once I have confirmation from the facility!

In accordance with the school cancelling school and after school activities, all dance classes are cancelled for tonight, 1/6/26.
Since our show is this weekend, we need to hold our make-up class ASAP.
We will hold the following classes at our regular locations and times tomorrow, Wednesday, 1/7/26:
Mini Hip Hop (4-5th gr)
Winter Teeny Kix (2-4 yr olds)
Jr. Jazz (6-12th gr)
Jr. Hip Hop (6-12th gr)
Strengthening (6-12th gr)
Mini Pom (4-5th gr) - you will have your make-up class on Thursday, 1/8/26, from 4-5pm in our usual location.

All Becker Just For Kix classes are cancelled tonight, in accordance with Becker school district releasing early and cancelling after school activities.
Again, all Tuesday classes have already have another make-up hour built into our schedule this year (meaning we do not have to schedule a make-up class at this time), with the exception of Winter Teeny Kix. I will reach out to Winter Teeny Kix separately with a plan to make up this missed class time.

Due to the snow storm that is forecasted to begin at 6:00pm, we are going to hold class tonight from 4:30-6:45pm, then cancel all classes after 6:45pm. Please spread the word!
I know I am making this call SUPER early. There are so many factors; I leave my house to head to dance class at 1:00pm today, so I wanted to make a plan and communicate it well before then. I wanted to have a plan for staff who live outside of town. Above all, we already know that we will be missing a large chunk of the junior level classes tonight, and I am thinking of the rest of the teenagers who we do not want driving at 8:30-9:30pm after several hours of ice, snow, and wind.
This will be the plan UNLESS the school cancels after school activities….per our policy, we will follow the school district. If they cancel all after school activities, we will change our plan and cancel all classes as well to follow policy! If they cancel after 1:00pm, I will likely not be able to send another email.
