How To Do A Split Jump:
A great split jump comes from height and straight legs. All of your power comes from your legs! Your prep is what will help you get higher.
Step into your jump with your right food and prep in 5th position. Face the corner. Your knees will bend and go outwards on your prep. Make sure you keep your hips tucked under.
Your arms will be in an L when you jump. Make sure you get your right foot off of the ground. Think about brushing it out instead of jumping.
The landing is very important. Bring your feet back together at the same time.
