Are you ready to improve your Switch Leaps?
Here's how to break it down and nail them correctly every time!
- You can start a switch leap by doing a sashay or three runs.
- Start sashay with left foot. Step with right foot. Brush your left leg to drive right leg up to hit right split in the air.
- Your right leg should be in plie. Don’t bring your left leg up too high, approximately a 45 degree angle.
- Don’t sit in your plie long or you will have no momentum to get up.
- Keep your back leg straight and turn out your back leg.
- Work on mastering your splits and straight leap to get a great switch leap!
