Grab a blanket or a mat!
Go into a bridge! There are two ways. Stand up and lean all the way back or start laying on the ground and push up. Make sure you have straight arms and look at your hands.
Stand with your back to a wall and walk your hands down the wall as you bend backwards. Push into your heels when you do this.
When you’re in your bridge, go to your elbows for a better stretch and straighten your legs.
Go down into your spits and lean back to reach for your foot.
Lift up and then lean back into your bridge so you don’t hurt your lower back.
Be careful not to hurt your back!
