Spotting Technique
This drill works on spotting, power, and placement.
- Start prepped with your leg forward.
- Step into 2nd position, spotting your head to the side.*Watch the placement of your arm, do not over open. Keep your butt tucked under and ribs closed, feet turned out, shoulders pressed down.
- Go through chaine position 1 and 2.*Make sure you are stepping back into 2nd position.
- Step back, side, front quickly. Repeat.
- Try it a little faster to counts.
