Firebird jump: Prep with your together. Focus your energy into your right leg to brush it out to get the split in the air. Keep your head up and look back.
Firebird leap: Going off of one foot, not two. Do two runs and do a normal right jete, but your back leg will go into an attitude and then drive your toe towards your forehead.
Try to get your foot into your mouth!
Practice getting your back leg up by going down into your right splits, put your back foot up and pull it up.
