From corporate business offices to cancer treatment centers across the nation, a specialized form of stress management has become something that has recently come out in the open. 

Dance promotes positive well-being and a healthy lifestyle, but it is also proven to stimulate happiness! A positive, healthy, happy lifestyle... this is starting to sound like a Cheerios commercial.

Let's cut to the chase. Stress? DANCE IT AWAY! Multiple studies have proven the physical and mental health benefits of dancing. From your shower, to your car, to the bathroom, to the open isle at the grocery store, dancing is spatially versatile. By this, we mean that dancing can happen anywhere! Music or no music, fast or slow, classical ballerina or Beyonce impersonating amateur rockstar, dance forces the body to release endorphins which are proven to reduce stress and improve happiness. The more you dance, the better you will feel. So rock on, dancers!
