1. Not to just meet your dancers/parents expectations but rather to EXCEED them.
2. DO IT NOW.  Do not wait on anything.  Whether be fixing a part of a routine, finding the answer to a parent question or whatever. STAMP OUT PROCRASTINATION. 
3. Use time wisely.  Every minute makes a difference.
4. Make your classes look BETTER than last year. (Pay attention to details!!)
5. Learn their names!!!!
6. Make every dancers life a little brighter.  You may be the difference in their life!!
7. Lower your student drop rate.
8. Recruit new dancers.  Tell everyone you see.  Let's GROW to your highest number.  The sky is the limit!
9. Tell existing parents about SPECIAL SESSIONS and extra classes.
10. YOUNG DANCERS are SO important. Make sure you make good 1st impressions. 
11. SMOOZE...make sure you are putting positive thoughts in their heads.
