There will be no classes on Dec 22 or 29 for the Christmas holidays! Stay safe and well!

Dec 15th Show! Held at the Aledo Community Center. Info as follows:

1). Shows will be held at the following times: (All times are approximate but we will stay as close as we can). Please be patient as you wait to get in…we have to clear the area after each show and clean before the next group can come in. Thank you!

Tiny Kix 5:00-5:30
Pre Petites 5:45-6:15.
Wee Petites 6:30-7:00
Wee/Mini Kix and Hip Hop 7:15-7:45

2). By hosting shows in this way, more spectators can be allowed. Only family members may attend and keep in mind that every body counts as a person (including babies and toddlers)…we have to stay within 50% of the facility capacity and that includes dancers, family members and JFK staff. PLEASE DO NOT INVITE THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Admission is FREE to all shows.

3). We will have a videographer at EACH SHOW and will email you the links on a private YOU TUBE channel to share with ANYONE you like. All free of charge! Hopefully this will allow you to have fun get togethers during the holiday or to send to grandparents etc who live out of town.

4). Spectators must social distance their chairs by family. We will have chairs available and we will spread them out over the gym. You can also choose to stand as well.

5). Spectators and dancers 10 and up MUST wear a mask. Dancers may remove when they line up for their class entrance. They do not have to wear while dancing although ANYONE can wear a mask if they so choose.

6). Show entrance through the lobby doors and exit through the north doors (just like class). EVERYONE must exit and re-enter after each show so we can clean the chairs, props, etc. If you have a dancer in 2 different shows and they are back to back, just remain outside until the facility is ready to re-enter. Thanks for your patience with this!

7). COSTUMES, HAIR AND MAKE-UP: Please wear your new, dance class costume with tights and dance shoes. Hair should be in a BUN on top of the head for ALL classes with costume hair accessory attached BEHIND the bun, Light make-up is great….mascara, blush and lip gloss. Eye shadow is optional.

We are so excited to be putting on the final touches for our Holiday Show on Dec 15th! Please read the following info for some important updates! Thanks!

1). December tuition is due Dec 1st (today). In addition to our fun classes, this month’s tuition will include FREE ADMISSION to our upcoming show, show sets and a fun keepsake for each dancer, staff salaries, facility rental, and a FREE digital video link of our show to share with your friends and families! More info below.

2). Costumes are continuing to arrive! The JFK home office is aware that our show is Dec 15th and they are working hard to get us all our costume needs (for all that have ordered to date). Check your dancer’s class status:

a). Tiny Kix—Should be almost all here
b). Pre Petites—Should be almost all here.
c). Wee Petites: Costumes are ready to ship at Home office and should be here by next week. (Keep your fingers crossed)
d). Wee/Mini Kix—MOST Arrived today! YAY!
E) HIP HOP--most arrived today! Yay!

Anyone who has not received your costume—I will be in constant contact with the costume division and will be working to get it here!

If your costume is not the right size, please reorder the new one, and then fill out the blue form and get an RMA# and then give to me or a staff member for a REFUND. I will send it back for you at NO CHARGE for shipping.

3). Show T-shirts—may be ordered online at any time. They have already started arriving. These are NOT REQUIRED—just a fun holiday dance shirt to commemorate our fun dance show. ANYONE may order a shirt!

4). Dec 15th Show! COVID is making things really difficult to host a show, but we are determined to give our dancers a chance to perform and have an audience! We want to offer a safe and healthy environment for our dancers and all who attend. Please understand that we must follow the guidelines set forth by JFK, the CDC, the State of Texas and the ACC for social distancing and health regulations. Not an easy task but we are up to the challenge! This is a FLUID situation and plans can STILL CHANGE RIGHT UP TO THE DAY OF THE SHOW! PLEASE BE PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING! There have already been changes from my last email to make it a better experience for everyone and be able to allow as many people to attend as possible. So here are the CURRENT PLANS:

*Please give a JFK staff member a MAXIMUM number count TODAY in class of family members you think will attend. The number can always go down, but it cannot go up!
