Regular Rate: Excludes custom orders. No minimum. Continental US only. We use UPS, Spee Dee or Priority Mail/USPS for shipping. The shipping charges are for the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO & FPO addresses are shipped priority mail/USPS. Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico ship regular, next day or 2 day. 3 day is not available. Some zip codes may require 1 or more additional days.
Online express orders need to be received before Noon (12:00PM) Central Standard Time for same day processing. If the order is received after 12:00PM Central Standard Time, the order will be processed the following business day. Express orders are processed & shipped Monday thru Friday - no weekends or holidays. No Saturday delivery. ALL orders require a physical shipping address - sorry, we can not ship to P.O. boxes.
Canadian orders are shipped UPS standard. International orders are shipped UPS Expedited where available.
International customers are responsible for all taxes and custom fees that are added to your shipment.
Just For Kix Return Policy
- Returns and Exchanges can be made within 60 days of shipment of items.
- All returned items must be unworn and in original wrapping with tags.
- Shoes must be unworn and in the original, unmarked box.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
- For exchanges, there is a re-shipment charge of $5.00. Please enclose a check or money order on all orders paid by check. Include any difference in price. Credit card orders the re-shipment charge will be charged to your credit card.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to return all merchandise that is needed for refund or exchange.
- Just For Kix Catalog, LLC is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit back to us.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing your return or exchange. For faster exchanges we recommend that you place a new order for your exchanges before we receive your exchange.
- We will accept returns for PayPal orders, however you will receive a check refund instead of a credit to your PayPal account. You will have to place a new order if you want to exchange for a different size or for new items.
Items That May Not Be Returned
- All undergarments, tights, books, videos, DVDs, make-up, hair and foot care items (including toe pads, etc).
- Special orders not listed in the catalog or on the website.
- Custom Merchandise that has been embroidered, screen printed, or any other customization to the item.
- Defective merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from shipment of item.
