Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of shipment. There is a reshipment fee charge of $5.00. Please include a check for the reshipment fee. If a check is not enclosed the charge will be applied to your credit card.

Returns:
All returns for credit or refund must be made within 30 days of shipment. All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

The following items are non-returnable:
Tights, Undergarments, Books, CD’s, Video’s, DVD’s, ALL Hair Accessories, ALL Footcare Items, Poms, Custom Warm Ups, Custom Uniforms, Custom Bags, Custom Tee Shirts, Discontinued or Clearance Items. All items must be unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached. Shoes must be in original unmarked & undamaged shoe box. Please place the package inside another shipping container or box. Please do not tape or label shoe box.
