JUST FOR KIX is thrilled to present KARL MUNDT as one of our Master Class teachers at the June Intensive!!

Karl Mundt’s dynamic style and enthusiasm have made him one of the most sought after choreographers in the US. His work has won numerous awards and he has choreographed for some of the top dance programs in the Nation. Karl has choreographed for several National Champions including; The University of St. Thomas, University of Minnesota, University of Louisville, Hawaii Pacific University, University of Illinois-Urbana, Eden Prairie Pom Squad, Eastern Washington Elite All-Stars, and Los Alamitos high school. His work has been televised on CBS, NBC, Fox Sports and ESPN.

Karl has danced in commercials for Adidas, Nike, Sun Micro Systems and for national tours with the Broadway Exchange in New York City. He has performed in a variety of stage productions in Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas and Atlantic City. He has also set choreography on models for print work, Dance Spirit Magazine and for national dancewear companies.  In 2007, he was a choreographer and judge for the International Dance Congress in Mexico, as well as ProDance, a convention for professional sports dance teams.
Many of Karl’s students have gone on to dance in film, music videos, and for professional dance companies throughout the country. His choreography can be seen performed by several professional teams throughout the US, including the Boston Celtics and Denver Broncos. One of his greatest strengths is the ability to inspire dancers to go outside of their comfort zone and maximize their potential.
