If you are a self-starter, positive thinker, as well as a highly motivated person who loves children, the Just For Kix program may be perfect for you! You need previous dance training and above average organizational and business skills. You also need to be an ambitious person! How much commission can a Just For Kix Director make? We offer you an opportunity to make an EXCELLENT income while teaching children how to dance in a positive environment. Your income is based on the number of students in your program. The more students you have, the higher your income. Students pay a monthly fee for taking classes. The economic conditions in your area will help us determine a fair price. The average fee charged by most of our programs is $26.00 per month. You receive a percentage of the gross sales after expenses. This percentage is based on factors such as numbers of students and expense control withinn the program. Your income is also supplemented by dance supply and uniform sales. You make 10% commission on uniform sales and 15% on merchandise sold. Where would I hold my classes? Just For Kix most often rents from school districts. We also have many classes held in churches, community centers, fitness centers, hotels and even shopping malls. A central location that is easy for parents to drop off and pick up their children is best. What about performances? Performing opportunities are endless. As a Just For Kix Director, you arrange your own performances to fit you and your group's schedule. Just For Kix groups perform at least six times during the September to April schedule. Each program presents its own Spring Show. What is the up front cost to me? There are no costs involved for the Director. If you are hired, Just For Kix assumes all the financial risk of starting a new program, from advertising to set-up. The Director will put in time up front to get the program up and running. |
